Litigation Paralegal

Campbell Law Firm is a boutique litigation firm based in Coral Gables, Florida. We focus on complex litigation, creditors’ rights, and construction matters, and we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional legal services and tailored solutions to our clients.

We are seeking a full-time Litigation Paralegal to support our attorneys in all phases of litigation. This is an on-site position in our Coral Gables office. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in drafting pleadings and managing litigation-related tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Assist attorneys with all aspects of litigation, from case inception through trial
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings
• Review, organize, and manage case documents and discovery materials
• Maintain case files and ensure compliance with court rules and deadlines
• Coordinate filings and support trial preparation as needed

• Strong skills in legal document preparation, document review, and legal research
• Experience drafting pleadings and motions
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with litigation procedures and court processes
• Proficiency with legal software and tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field
