Legal Search Solutions is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join top national lawfirmin Miami. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of general commercial litigation experience. Candidates should have deep experience with all phases of litigation, including appeals. Candidates should be able to drive matters from inception to conclusion.

• Simultaneously handles the high-level and strategic aspects of multiple legal matters at different stages of progression, from inception to conclusion
• Possesses strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills for communicating with attorneys and clients
• Demonstrates the ability to independently manage matters and shows a strong interest in continuing to advance their career as a litigator
• Produces very high-quality legal work and bills the required amounts of hours to ensure excellent client service
• Is able to manage client relationships and demonstrates the necessary skills to generate business through group and individual efforts
• Complies with the very highest ethical standards of the legal profession

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Florida Bar
• 3-6 years of experience in complex commercial/business litigation
• Experience in complex business litigation
• Trial and appellate experience desired
• Experience preparing cases for trial, independent motion and discovery practice
• Experience running cases from inception to close with minimal supervision
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 products (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
