Established and fast growing 26 year old Law Firm has an immediate opening for a bilingual receptionist with legal experience. This is a highly lucrative position to work at a top firm, and requires someone with heavy phone experience and the ability to work well under pressure.

The ideal candidate MUST have:

• Prior legal experience
• Fully bilingual
• Prior switchboard or heavy phone experience
• Ability to work well under pressure

Full benefits including paid time off, 2 - week vacation, Bonuses, 401(k), and room for growth.

Responsibilities

The receptionist is in charge of:

• Screening and passing all calls
• Manning the front desk
• All outgoing mail
• Fed Ex/UPS/Certified mail
• Supplies

Qualifications

• Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish
• Must have prior legal experience and prior receptionist/switchboard experience

Compensation

$20 - $25 hourly
