Cloud Administrator – Kforce (Jobs via Dice)

In this role, the Cloud Administrator manages an organization's cloud computing environment by configuring, maintaining, and optimizing cloud infrastructure to ensure performance, security, and cost-efficiency. Key responsibilities include monitoring cloud systems, performing security and compliance tasks, providing user support, and automating routine processes using scripts and cloud-native tools.

• Manages and monitors day-to-day cloud infrastructure
• Designs and implements cloud systems and platforms
• Ensures high availability and performance of cloud environments
• Performs system backups, recovery, and troubleshooting
• Monitors access, usage, and resource allocation for security and compliance
• Provides technical support and training for cloud applications
• Collaborates with IT teams to align cloud strategies with business goals

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience with Oracle OCI Cloud environments
• Proficiency in scripting (e.g., Power Shell, Bash)
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
• Strong understanding of networking, IAM, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform a plus
