A company is looking for a Service Now Developer to assist with the implementation and support of Service Now applications.
Key Responsibilities- Configure and customize the Service Now system, including workflows
- Create scripts to automate routine tasks within Service Now using scripting tools and functionality
- Perform Service Now implementation tasks, including custom programming, configuration, integration, and maintenance
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience in the development, implementation, administration, and configuration of Service Now
- Strong working knowledge of various Service Now components including Scripting, Service Desk, and ITSM suite
