Description Performs a variety of both complex and routine data entry, clerical, and support duties. Coordinates with clinical eICU team members as appropriate in facilitating the treatment of patients. Facilitates department/patient flow and patient care by serving as a frontline ambassador in customer service, performing clerical duties and data entry functions. Estimated pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.76 / hour depending on experience.

Additional Qualifications:
- Basic Life Support preferred.
- Two years experience in a medical setting, proficiency with Windows based computer operations, familiarity with medical terminology and laboratory data, must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate with a variety of customers.
- Preferred: three years experience as nursing assistant or clerical staff in a medical environment, completion of a medical terminology course.
- Successful completion of an electrocardiogram course.
- With experience a new hire must complete the MT arrhythmia assessment available in BHU within 30-days of hire.
