DescriptionReporting directly to the Director, Financial & Management Reporting, the Manager, Finance Corporate Support will lead a team of finance professionals. The Manager will collaborate with senior leaders system wide to develop financial strategies and drive analytics to enable business decision making. Will serve as the financial liaison between various corporate areas and corporate finance. Additional responsibilities may include but are not limited to: driving long‑term planning, forecasting, and the budgeting processes for various corporate areas.
To be successful, the Manager will leverage their strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills while delivering important insights to senior leadership. They will provide guidance to team members and stakeholders whenever necessary. Estimated salary range for this position is $ - $ / year depending on experience.
- Bachelors
- Minimum of BS in Accounting, Finance or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in the Finance or Accounting field.
- CPA, MBA, MSF or MAcc preferred.
- Must be detail‑oriented and capable of working independently in a fast‑paced environment within a complex matrix‑structured organization.
- Strong written, verbal, and computer skills.
- Able to handle a variety of assignments and prioritize work to meet deadlines with a demonstrated ability to drive projects to conclusion.
- Proficient with financial software programs, People Soft and Strata experience preferred.
- Experience as a management consultant preferred.
- Demonstrate an understanding of financial reporting and analysis.
- Experience in working with and presenting to senior leaders.
- Proactive, strategic thinker.
- Able to formulate and deliver action plans for high profile strategic initiatives.
- Track record for delivering innovative solutions to business issues.
- Motivated to learn and willingness to tackle a variety of assignments from routine tasks to more intricate requests.
- Ability to problem solve, drive results, and work with limited direction.
