Chief Financial Officer

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will lead the financial health, growth, and performance of TalentoHC
, with primary responsibility for strategic planning, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), accounting, treasury, tax, legal, and procurement functions. This role is critical to building, managing, and optimizing corporate services for a high-growth organization delivering world-class hiring experiences through highly engaged teams and scalable processes and programs.

As a senior leader, the CFO will:

• Set the financial and operating “north star” for each business unit
• Develop market operating and financial plans that drive performance and scalability
• Establish strong metrics, productivity frameworks, and reporting rhythms across the business
• Lead multi-year capitalization and liquidity strategies to support global growth
• Build internal financial and operational capabilities that enable long-term, healthy expansion

• Lead the financial health, growth, and performance of the business through structured annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly planning and goal-setting processes

• Develop and maintain financial and operational dashboards to support performance management

• Partner proactively with leaders across all levels of the organization to deliver the company’s strategic plan
• Lead development of the mid-term strategic financial plan and models, including competitive and future-state analysis

• Serve as a trusted business partner to leadership, guiding long-, mid-, and short-term decision-making
• Drive the creation and management of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly financial objectives
• Establish cost management practices aligned with strategic priorities
• Act as the single source of truth for financial performance
• Produce financial reporting rhythms that support productivity and decision-making
• Develop financial models, analyze trends, compare actuals to forecasts, and provide recommendations to improve performance
• Conduct business studies on historical, comparative, and future performance

• Oversee general ledger, balance sheet, and P&L accuracy and integrity
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Produce weekly financial reports for leadership
• Optimize finance and accounting systems to improve automation and accuracy
• Establish and maintain accounting controls, policies, and procedures
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local financial and tax requirements
• Manage billing, collections, accounts receivable, and accounts payable processes
• Administer loans, lines of credit, and cash-flow planning
• Partner with external CPA firms on tax planning, filings, and compliance
• Support HR with payroll processing, bonus payouts, and financial audits as needed

• Develop and execute long-term capital strategies to support scale and growth
• Manage relationships with banks, venture capital partners, family offices, and private equity firms
