Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily trade execution, processing, and settlement for client accounts across various custodians and platforms.
  • Perform operational oversight for alternative investments and private market positions, collaborating with peers and external counter parties to ensure timely funding and reporting.
  • Research and evaluate stocks, funds, alternative investments, and private markets to support manager due diligence and asset selection.
  • Compile macroeconomic, market, and sector data for presentation and client materials.
  • Maintain and update accurate investment data in CRM and portfolio management systems; ensure data integrity and completeness.
  • As a member to the firm’s Investment Committee, prepare materials for quarterly meeting and responsible for taking the meeting minutes.
  • Responsible for being knowledgeable in investment products used by our firm, proactively participate in calls and meetings with wholesalers, and investment professionals when appropriate.
  • Provide general administrative support as a backup to the operations team when necessary.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in wealth management (preferably some experience in a RIA)
  • Spanish speaking required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Series 65 required within 3 months of hire.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Bloomberg, Morningstar, or similar tools preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • High integrity, discretion with confidential information, and professional demeanor.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a high-performing boutique wealth management firm.
