Financial Manager
A company is looking for a Head of Finance to serve as a strategic partner to the executive team and lead the finance function.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to the COO, CEO, and leadership team on key business decisions and investments
Lead annual planning, quarterly re-forecasting, and long-range financial modeling
Manage and develop the existing finance resources while continuously improving financial processes and systems
Required Qualifications
Investment banking experience required; private equity experience strongly preferred
Experience in strategic finance, FP&A, or operating finance within a high-growth environment
Strong financial modeling and business storytelling skills
Ability to operate in ambiguity and build structure where little exists
Collaborative mindset with confidence in working with senior stakeholders
