This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can manage executive-level administrative responsibilities while coordinating projects across construction, vendors, and internal teams.
The Executive Assistant will play a key role in keeping projects, schedules, and communications on track in a fast-paced homebuilding environment. APPLY NOW!
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and correspondence
- Assist with project coordination related to new home construction, including tracking timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Prepare reports, presentations, contracts, and documentation for executive and project use
- Serve as a liaison between executives, construction teams, vendors, subcontractors, and clients
- Track project updates, follow up on action items, and help ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain organized records, files, and project documentation
- Support budgeting, invoicing, and vendor communications as needed
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Manager, or similar role
- Project management or project coordination experience, preferably in construction, real estate, or homebuilding
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); project management tools a plus
- Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting executives in a construction or homebuilding company
- Familiarity with construction timelines, permits, or vendor coordination
