You'll take full ownership of multiple entities, managing the books from start to finish and playing a hands-on role in shaping the financial health of major projects and investments. You'll work alongside a high-performing team that values accuracy, urgency, and a proactive mindset.

• Full-cycle accounting for multiple sets of books
  —you're the go-to for start-to-finish accuracy.
• General ledger oversight and monthly close activities.
• Journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations with a sharp eye for detail.
• Monthly financial reporting and analysis for senior leadership.
• Support for quarterly/year-end deliverables and audit prep.
• Special projects in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

• 6+ years of hands-on accounting experience, ideally within real estate, investment, or construction sectors.
• Mastery of Net Suite or Sage 300

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and solid understanding of GAAP.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong knowledge of accrual-based accounting.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
