ResponsibilitiesOur priority is to hire a professional dispatcher who cares about the safety of our drivers and the service provided to the community. As a Dispatcher with us, your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating driver routes and schedules to ensure timely and efficient waste collection services.
- Communicating with drivers throughout the day to provide updates, route adjustments, and problem resolution.
- Handling customer inquiries related to service scheduling, delays, and special requests.
- Tracking fleet performance and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with operations teams to optimize safety, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- 2 years of experience in a high-volume dispatch or logistics environment.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience with dispatching software and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
