What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Design scalable, secure, and maintainable AI application architectures

Build and deploy AI-powered applications on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)

Develop robust backend systems and APIs integrating AI capabilities

Implement evaluation, monitoring, and performance measurement for AI outputs

Mentor other engineers and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and AI best practices

What is Required (Qualifications)

6+ years of software engineering experience with strong system design and architecture skills

Proven hands‑on experience building AI‑powered applications in production

Experience integrating modern GenAI services (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude)

Strong understanding of Transformer‑based models and Machine Learning fundamentals

Experience deploying solutions on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience working with local/self-hosted models and Hugging Face ecosystem

Experience building or maintaining ML pipelines in production environments

Experience implementing model evaluation, monitoring, and observability

Experience in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban)
