* Job Description:

** The Forklift & Skilled General Labourer is responsible for supporting site operations through material handling, tile deliveries, forklift operation, and general labour duties. This role plays a key part in maintaining site productivity, cleanliness, and safety, including specialized preparation work such as parkade grinding and surface prep for traffic coatings.

This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to safety, and the ability to work independently while coordinating closely with site supervision.### ###

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and execute tile deliveries to designated areas on site
* Operate forklifts safely and efficiently for material movement and storage
* Open and close the construction site as required
* Perform manual labour including:  + Site clean-up  + Sweeping and debris removal  + Packing and moving materials
* Maintain overall site cleanliness and organization
* Organize work areas to ensure safe and efficient operations
* Perform general construction maintenance tasks as required
* Conduct parkade grinding, including grinding rain-outs and surface preparation for traffic coating applications
* Follow all site safety procedures and company policies
* Complete all other duties as assigned by Project Managers or Site Superintendents### ### Qualifications & Requirements
* Valid Forklift certification
* 1+ years of experience operating a forklift
* Previous construction labour experience preferred
* Experience with material handling and deliveries an asset
* Comfortable performing physical labour in all weather conditions
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to safety and site protocols
* Reliable, punctual, and proactive
