- Work closely with a team of high-performing professionals in the SaaS industry
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team revenue targets
- Directly manage a team of Account Executives, focusing on recruitment, training, and development
- Drive the sales cycle, providing support from product demonstration to closing deals
- Utilize SFDC for opportunity management and accurate forecasting
- Conduct regular performance reviews and team meetings to enhance motivation and progress
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
- 3+ years of sales management experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Proven track record of closing complex SaaS deals in the mid‑market or enterprise space
- High level of professionalism, work ethic, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to utilize SFDC for performance tracking and improvement
- Experience selling into the office of the CFO
- Strong coaching and counseling abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with multiple client engagements
- Energetic and enthusiastic team player with a collaborative approach
