Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Coquitlam, BC
. In this field-based role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, acquiring new customers, and representing our brand with professionalism and energy. You’ll work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure exceptional service while helping expand our presence in the market.

What your day will look like:
  • Lead sales efforts for assigned brand(s), focusing on volume, pricing, and customer acquisition
  • Grow market share through new customer outreach and existing account expansion
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales to support unit growth and quoting processes
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing Pit Stop to clients in the field
  • Work cross-functionally with operations and customer care to ensure top service
  • Identify and report service issues, market trends, and growth opportunities
  • Support strategic sales decisions through regular communication with leadership
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of outside sales and account management experience, preferably in the construction industry or B2B
  • Valid BC driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Experience with quoting, MS Office Suite, CRM systems, and tracking sales activity.
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented; able to work independently in the field
  • Strong market awareness and ability to identify business opportunities
