In support of the District Sales Manager, the Sales Supervisor plays a pivotal role in driving the performance and success of the sales team. This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Toronto District Outside Sales Representative Team, ensuring that all team members are aligned with organizational goals and consistently meet or exceed monthly new sales targets. The Sales Supervisor is expected to lead by example, providing hands‑on support, coaching, and performance management to enhance team productivity, efficiency, and the overall quality of work.

This role also involves monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing strategic sales initiatives, and fostering a high‑performance culture that supports continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

• Supervises and coordinates daily activities of the Sales Department
• Supports and develops Sales Representatives by coaching, training, motivating, and empowering the Sales team
• Assists in the creation and implementation of policies and procedures for the Sales department
• Develops and executes strategies, techniques, and tactics to meet and exceed Sales goals
• Ensures that customer service standards are met and issues resolved in a timely manner
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Superior verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to interact in a professional manner with a broad customer base and employees at all levels of the organization
• Strong time management skills and the ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and internet applications
