We’re scaling. And we need a Production Manager who can scale with us.
THE ROLEAs Production Manager, you will own field installation execution across BC.
This is not a maintenance role. It’s a performance role.
You will drive:
- Installation quality and methodology
- First-Time Completion (FTC) performance
- Crew capacity and production throughput
- Labour efficiency and profitability
- Customer experience outcomes
- Review and reputation performance
- Safety and compliance standards
- Installer onboarding and development
You’ll work closely with Installation Managers, Scheduling, Service, Warehouse, Sales, and Leadership to ensure installs run efficiently, professionally, and to a world-class standard.
If something is off in production — you see it, you own it, and you fix it.
WHAT YOU WILL DO- Set clear, measurable operational goals and drive accountability
- Monitor daily production and job progress across crews
- Audit jobsite standards, quality execution, and documentation compliance
- Forecast crew capacity and proactively identify resource gaps
- Strengthen SOPs and installation methodology
- Lead KPI visibility through leaderboards and reporting
- Conduct regular crew meetings to reinforce standards and expectations
- Reduce rework, eliminate waste, and improve cycle time
- Develop installers through structured onboarding and coaching
You won’t just review dashboards — you’ll coach to performance.
