- The role holder is developing skills, knowledge and capability; applying basic knowledge and practicing new skills
- Continues ongoing technical training, including basic windscreen replacement in addition to repairs
- Completes fitting functions, repairs and Plexi on “Simple” jobs with support and supervision and is exposed to “standard” jobs with supervision
- May carry out simple customer service activities, but will still need support with some decisions
- May find appropriate opportunities to present and sell Value Added Products and Services (VAPS)
- Develops an understanding of company standards, policies, and procedures and complies with them
- Develops an understanding of branch targets and KPIs and the role of a technician in them
- Maintains own tools and kit in good condition
