Location:
HQ in Coquitlam, BC role can be hybrid or remote
Position Type: Full-time
Compensation: $90,/year
Responsibilities Work on-site with the team to deeply understand their business processes, workflows, and operational needs
Act as a Technical Product Manager, building strong relationships with stakeholders and becoming a trusted product partner
Lead and facilitate product discovery sessions, workshops, and requirement gathering meetings
Translate business needs into well structured product artifacts, including Initiatives, Epics, User stories with clear acceptance criteria
Build, maintain, and evolve a product roadmap based on priorities, business value, and delivery constraints.
Collaborate closely on scope definition, prioritization, and release planning.
Lead Sprint Planning meetings from a product perspective:
Define sprint goals and priorities
Present and explain user stories to the development team
Ensure alignment on scope, expectations, and trade-offs
Ensure the backlog is well prepared, refined, and ready ahead of planning sessions.
Act as the functional point of reference for the development team during implementation, clarifying requirements and answering questions
Ensure that delivered features accurately reflect what was agreed
Create and maintain product documentation, such as feature overviews, functional documentation, and process explanations
Collaborate with Marketing and internal teams to support product communications, including announcements and messaging for new or updated product features
Provide regular updates, insights, and risk visibility to the executive team

What You Bring 3+ years of experience in a product-related role (Product Manager, Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar)
Strong experience writing clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
Experience participating in and leading product ceremonies, such as sprint plannings, refinements, demos
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Solid understanding of software development processes and Agile / Scrum methodologies
Comfortable working in a client-facing, on-site environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Availability and legal ability to work on-site in Vancouver, BC
