Responsibilities- Managing contracts, change orders, and project documentation
- Budget control, cost tracking, and financial reporting
- Leading project delivery from pre‑construction through close‑out
- Coordinating consultants, trades, and internal teams
- Supporting tendering and procurement processes
- Strong understanding of contracts, documentation, and financial controls
- Detail‑oriented and process‑driven
- Comfortable operating in a collaborative, hands‑on environment
