We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as an Operations Analyst to help deliver a residential energy efficiency program in British Columbia. We are a close‑knit team who are passionate about greenhouse gas reduction and enjoy working with each other and the public. As an operations analyst, you will work with the public to understand their needs and help them find the energy reduction strategy that works best for them.

• Leverage program requirements to make informed decisions on eligibility
• Manage, analyze, and report on program data to identify key program outputs and insights.
• Utilize Excel functions, including VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs and IF statements, to analyze data, generate reports, and streamline processes for improved efficiency and accuracy.
• Work in a team to complete program tasks and deliverables
• Ensure program success by identifying and implementing operational efficiencies.
• Demonstrate knowledge of House as a System (asset)

• 0-2 years experience as an Operations/Business/Data Analyst
• 0-2 years experience in energy efficiency
• Proficient with Excel
• Post‑secondary education in a related field
