We are seeking an experienced Demand Planner (12 months’ contract) to develop accurate demand forecasts and serve as the key integration point between Sales, Marketing, and Operations. In this role, you will analyze historical trends, identify demand drivers, build statistical forecast models, and lead cross functional alignment to create a reliable rolling 24 month demand plan. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical and statistical modeling skills, at least five years of demand planning or supply chain experience, expertise with forecasting tools, and the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (flexible)
Salary: $75,500 - $94,500 per year
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain demand forecasts across multiple time horizons and aggregation levels.
- Lead demand driver reviews, aligning Sales & Marketing inputs into a unified demand signal.
- Support product lifecycle planning, including new product launches and SKU rationalization.
- Conduct forecast variance analysis, perform RCA, and drive corrective actions with cross functional teams.
- Publish key forecasting KPIs, improve forecasting processes/systems, and translate demand plans into operational signals for Supply Chain.
- Strong forecasting expertise, with 5+ years in demand planning and supply chain.
- Technical depth in statistical modeling, using tools like Forecast Pro, John Galt, SAP APO DP, or similar.
- Experience managing high SKU, seasonal businesses, understanding market and customer dynamics.
- Advanced analytical and Excel skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
- Cross functional leadership capability, influencing Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align on demand plans.
