Technical Lead, Senior Software Engineering

$110,000–$150,000 /yr + bonus

We are working with a top client that is looking to fill this role. The ideal candidate will have a strong software development background with microservices architecture, Node.js, React, and experience leveraging AWS services such as Lambda, Dynamo

DB, and Redshift. A key portion of this role will be conducting code reviews, creating technical stories, and providing guidance to the team.

This role is full-time with a local hybrid on-site schedule in the Coppell, Texas area. The target salary range is $110,000–$150,000 plus bonus, with phenomenal benefits and work culture.

• Act as both a hands‑on engineer and a team leader, ensuring high-quality code, scalable architecture, and alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee the design, development, and delivery of innovative technology solutions.
• Drive technical story creation, technical design, and implementation of software solutions.

• 7+ years of software development experience, with at least 2+ years in a lead or senior role.
• Proven expertise in Node.js, React Native, AWS, and Salesforce (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of system architecture, microservices, and cloud platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality results.
