Our software engineering teams are focused on business outcomes and are empowered to create intuitive, reliable, and high performing applications. As a Software Engineer, you'll be engaged on the execution of software development projects, as well as continuous improvement efforts within the department.

C#, Sql, Java script, .net, Azure

• Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality solutions on time and within budget.
• Participate in technical solutioning, project planning, work breakdown, and timeline estimation for software development tasks.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Leverage best-fit frameworks for project execution.
• Create high-quality software solutions that provide positive user experiences, align with standards and guiding principles, and are maintainable and easy to support.
• Provide support for custom software solutions, responding to and resolving issues within defined time frames.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / related discipline or equivalent training.
• Experience or training with cloud, web, integration, and data development in a business environment.
• Experience or training with C#, Java, .NET, JavaScript, MS SQL or similar languages/technologies.
• Experience or training with Test Driven Development (TDD) and writing automated tests.
• Experience or training with developer tools, including Generative AI.
• Experience or training with cloud technologies and open source technologies.
• Experience or training with agile and plan-driven project execution frameworks.
• Knowledge of or experience with Dev Ops practices, CI/CD, and containerization technologies.
• Knowledge of or experience with secure coding practices.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Coppell, TX.

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $75.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Coppell, TX.
