The Inside Sales Specialist position plays a pivotal role in driving our business growth strategy at American First Finance. As the primary and most consistent point of contact for our vendors, Inside Sales Specialists are essential in building and strengthening these relationships. This role is critical in turning a “warm” lead into a red-hot opportunity, cultivating trust and confidence in our partnerships with vendors and serves as the go‑to expert for the vendor experience, ensuring seamless collaboration and exceptional support.

• WARM LEADS ONLY:
  No cold calls here! You’ll work with highly engaged prospects and existing partners who are ready to grow.
• UNCAPPED COMMISSION:
  Start with a $45,000 base and the potential to earn $65‑$70K within the first six months!
• ENTREPRENEURIAL FREEDOM:
  Manage your book of business, cultivate partnerships, and directly influence your success.

• Own Your Pipeline:
  Make 75-95 outbound calls daily to grow your merchant relationships.
• Close Deals:

• Proven Sales
  
  Experience:
  
  At least one year of inside sales or phone sales experience—you must know how to pick up the phone, engage, and close the deal.
• Consistent work history:
  Business professionals with a consistent work history, verifiable on their resume.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations proficiently.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Computer literate and able to operate common office machines.
• Minimum Age: 18 years old.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
