Store Layout Manager

JOB SUMMARY

The Floor Planning & Store Layout Manager is responsible oversees development and versioning of floor plans across 250+ stores nationwide. This job reports to the Director of Store Experience Strategy to this job cross-functionally to support all floorplan development needs to support the organization, including store right-sizing initiatives, seasonal transitions, merchandising resets and new store openings.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Lead and develop the Floor planer

• Supports operations in developing seasonal display plans and LOC  specific merchandise plans based on the company model. Work closely with Buying and Planning to develop merchandising plans

• Maintain store specific LOC  files for each store

• Maintains accuracy in all AutoCAD file information including fixture detail, dimensions, icons, layer structure and calculation of square footage in accordance with company standards

• Interprets format fixture criteria used to create a fixture floor plan that meets the business needs & supports the corporate merchandising strategies

• Partners with store planning to receive store performance data to create sales floor layouts that best support store sales, maximize productivity of space, and enhance the customer experience

• Asses work scope for remodel stores along with Construction department

• Ensure CAD drawings in all stores are always maintained and accurate

• Manage the creation of fixture and merchandise plans for new stores and remodel stores while ensuring each department is given the appropriate amount of space based on company model

• Manage the dissemination of the design layout and fixture plan criteria to construction department, while refining the design/layout to assure feasibility and cost compliance

• Implement and manage store layout initiatives with functional partners

• Collaborate with Store Experience Execution and Go-to-Market teams to order all fixtures and design- related items

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ year experience working in fast-paced environment preferred; able to thrive within ambiguity

• Must be deadline focused, organized and able to prioritize multiple projects

• Strong project management skills

• Advanced oral, written and presentation skills

• Strong attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task effectively

• Proficiency in AutoCAD

• Ability to work independently and lead others

• Experience with project management software desired

• Some travel is required
