This position involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all cutlery, glassware, food machines, and ensuring the dishwashing station remains pristine and safe.
Responsibilities- Organize and clean all dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils.
- Ensure water in the dishwasher is drained hourly.
- Remove trash and dispose of it properly.
- Prepare floors by rolling/unrolling mats for cleaning.
- Ability to sit, climb, stoop, kneel, and move around constantly.
- Stand for entire shift.
- Lift and move objects up to 60 lbs.
- Work in hot, wet, humid, and loud environments for extended periods.
- Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant is a plus.
