About

the Role

As an Ecommerce Specialist, you play a key role in merchandising planning and execution for Ecommerce Channels. This role focuses on product setup, managing creative assets, and merchandising, in close partnership with Ecommerce Digital Merchandising Manager. This position is also responsible for executing daily site operations, ensuring accurate and compelling product presentation, and delivering seamless, conversion‑focused shopping experience.

* Must be located in Dallas, TX and willing to be onsite on a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Launch and quality assure new products on  and
  • Coordinate, traffic, and review creative assets for all product launches
  • Merchandise products and categories on Vari websites, including sorting, cross‑sells, refinements, and search attributes
  • Analyze website behavioral and performance data and communicate insights
  • Analyze and maintain guided selling tools such as quizzes and product recommendations
  • Assist with merchandising and asset coordination for Vari’s marketplaces channel (Amazon, Walmart, and others)
  • Conduct daily/weekly/monthly quality assurance checks
  • Identify opportunities, comparison shop, and lead projects to optimize website experiences
  • Support the management of ecommerce channel partners and third‑party marketplaces to ensure brand consistency, accurate product representation, and pricing alignment
  • Align with Marketing team on new product go‑to‑market launch dates, development calendar and ongoing site maintenance requests
Qualifications
  • Highly motivated, self‑starter with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong desire to follow consistent processes and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 2-3 years of experience in content and project management roles, including internships
