• Manage LSAs across all active markets; launch new locations as we expand
• Daily monitoring of budgets, impression share, lead volume, CPL; adjust in real time
• Keep licensing/insurance/compliance current to prevent downtime
• Execute Search updates (pacing, CPC, CTR, conversions, ad copy, assets, extensions)
• Maintain keyword hygiene (negatives, search terms) and support testing (copy, LPs, bidding)
• Daily health checks, verify call/form tracking, and provide weekly performance summaries

• 3–6 years of hands‑on Google Ads experience
• Direct experience managing LSAs at scale (multi‑location)
• Strong grasp of bidding strategies, budgets, and pacing
• Familiar with call tracking + form conversion tracking
• Detail‑oriented, organized, proactive; excellent communicator

Depending on skill set and experience, this role will pay $85k-$90k.
