About the role:
At Printful, we strive for quality in all we do, and our Production Team plays an important part in achieving that goal. That’s why we’re looking for a detail‑oriented Senior Associate to join us.
Your daily tasks will include:- Assist associates with any connectivity, display, software, or hardware issues
- Assist in troubleshooting machines prior to technician escalation
- Maintaining employee performance and behavior
- Conducting Start of Shift Responsibilities
- Conducting During Shift Responsibilities
- Create Fiix Tickets when deemed necessary
- Inform the Team Lead of production choke points
- Ensuring PPE Procedures (personal protective equipment) are being followed
- Communicate department challenges with the Team Lead
- Conducting end‑of‑shift responsibilities
- Leads the department if the Team Lead is absent
- Assists with lower-level duties to fill the production gap
- Other ad hoc duties as necessary, as assigned by the Team Lead and/or Floor Lead
- Coaching – Identifying areas of improvement, helping employees learn from mistakes, and encouraging employees to take a proactive role in their own development
- Time Management – Effectively utilizing time in a productive manner
