Position: Printful | Senior Associate - Shift 1B (Thursday to Saturday, Days)

About the role:

At Printful, we strive for quality in all we do, and our Production Team plays an important part in achieving that goal. That’s why we’re looking for a detail‑oriented Senior Associate to join us.

Your daily tasks will include:

Assist associates with any connectivity, display, software, or hardware issues
Assist in troubleshooting machines prior to technician escalation
Maintaining employee performance and behavior
Conducting Start of Shift Responsibilities
Conducting During Shift Responsibilities
Create Fiix Tickets when deemed necessary
Inform the Team Lead of production choke points
Ensuring PPE Procedures (personal protective equipment) are being followed
Communicate department challenges with the Team Lead
Conducting end‑of‑shift responsibilities
Leads the department if the Team Lead is absent
Assists with lower-level duties to fill the production gap
Other ad hoc duties as necessary, as assigned by the Team Lead and/or Floor Lead

In this role, we’ll expect you to:

Coaching – Identifying areas of improvement, helping employees learn from mistakes, and encouraging employees to take a proactive role in their own development
Time Management – Effectively utilizing time in a productive manner
Collaboration – Cooper
