Screen Print Operator - Morning Shift

We are looking for a results-driven Screen Print Operator to join our team. A top-level Fabric Screen Printer can create beautifully designed articles of clothing that fully meet the customer's specifications.

• Receiving work order jobs for screen printing
• Examining work orders to determine estimated printing times, ink, and material quantities
• Cleaning screens and helping flash/create them
• Determining from order type and color of designs to print
• Examining product for paint smears, position of design, or other defects and adjusting equipment
• Running prints and performing quality checks throughout the printing process
• Troubleshooting problems as they arise
• Counting and recording quantities printed in the production log

• High school diploma
• Previous work experience as a shirt press operator using M&R Sportsman, Gauntlet, Cobra, Stryker, Brother, Challenger, or similar silk screen press machines
• Excellent hand-eye coordination
• High level of creative and artistic skills
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to work with ink and chemicals every day
• Ability to manually operate large machinery
• Work from Monday to Friday from 6 am – 2:30 pm
