Printful Machine Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift (Monday to Thursday, Afternoons)

, you will be pivotal in maintaining and improving the reliability and efficiency of our production machinery.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Machine Maintenance Technician to join us. In this position, you’ll be an important part of maintaining the level of quality our customers expect through regularly monitoring issues, testing solutions, and suggesting ways to improve our machinery, processes, and efficiency.

• Performing routine preventive maintenance on all equipment so it continuously meets our efficiency standards and stays in shape for operation
• Optimizing equipment and product settings and machine parameters to ensure peak performance, minimal damage rates, and top-quality results
• Investigating equipment and system errors, troubleshooting technical issues, and repairing machinery to improve performance, reduce recurring problems, and avoid interruptions in production
• Informing Maintenance Management of any larger issues or patterns you notice while working on machinery and equipment
• Keeping a computerized maintenance log to document all actions taken on assignments and any inventory use
• Developing documentation like standard operating procedures and helping train new team members
• Helping on the production floor to scale items and take care of issues causing delays
• Performing other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Advanced understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, plumbing, and carpentry
• Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
• Basic understanding of Google Office and Microsoft Office programs
• The ability to operate hand and power tools
• Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift objects weighing 50 lb.
