We are looking for a results‑driven DTG/DTF Team Lead to join our growing team. This role requires familiarity with direct‑to‑film and direct‑to‑garment decoration methods, basic technology concepts, long standing periods, computer usage, and excellent attention to detail. A successful team lead will guide operators and team members to produce high quality decorated items.

• Program production sheets into the appropriate machine
• Work with management to assist in performance management as needed
• Onboard new contract employees to appropriate work stations
• Assist the Heat Press (decal) department as needed
• Provide support to the Direct to Garment team
• Perform minor machine repairs and keep supplies and work area clean and organized
• Other duties as assigned

• 2 years of experience with DTG or DTF
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Preferred)
• Able to stay on your feet for entire shift
• Ability to pass a background test
• Occasionally lift heavy boxes/objects (up to 50 lb)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic reading and verbal communication skills
