As Warehouse Personnel, you'll have the opportunity to assist our construction and service teams. Under the guidance of our Warehouse and Shop leads in the Dallas area division, you'll focus on arranging movements of various exhibit components and placing items in proper storage. This position also may be required to assist on various service projects for our client properties. In joining our team, the hours are set to start at 6:00AM, with needed flexibility throughout the year.

Warehouse Personnel Responsibilities
  • Responsible for inbound/outbound movements of exhibit components & storage placements.
  • Operate a straight mast forklift in a safe and proficient manner.
  • Properly use and operate other material handling equipment safely.
  • Utilize and setup necessary power equipment and hand tools.
  • Perform crate inspections for set-ups prior to show and upon return.
  • Prepare all necessary paperwork and ensure warehouse is neatly organized.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office.
  • Assist service personnel with minor service / repair work on client properties.
  • Maintain a positive, dependable attitude & strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned to Warehouse Personnel.
Warehouse Personnel Requirements and Qualifications
  • High School diploma / GED and or one to three months of related experience
  • Previous experience using power machinery and hand tools required.
  • Valid Driver’s License required, Forklift certified is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) preferred.
  • Highly organized, flexible and ability to handle various tasks meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
