Building Maintenance Engineer

Overview

We're looking for a courteous, detail-oriented maintenance engineer to provide our guests with a five-star experience. You'll be in charge of overseeing the property’s overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functioning, pleasurable, and safe. • Adhere to all engineering safety norms and procedures
• Assist other technicians and engineers with a variety of maintenance tasks in a collaborative manner
• Operate various tools like wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and other maintenance equipment
• Complete all work orders and fix maintenance problems promptly
• Stay in constant contact with co-workers, managers, and other departments

• Must have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills
• A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required
• You will need 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance role
• Ability to use web-based software, including facilities maintenance software preferred
• The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is required

$18 hourly
