Bilingual Lead

Location: Coppell, TX
Pay Rate: $22 per hour

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Bilingual Lead to support daily warehouse operations in Coppell, TX. This role serves as a key point of contact between associates and onsite leadership, helping guide the team, communicate expectations, and ensure productivity and safety standards are met. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, dependable, and comfortable communicating in both English and Spanish.

• Provide daily guidance and support to warehouse associates
• Communicate work assignments, expectations, and updates in English and Spanish
• Assist with onboarding and training of new associates
• Monitor attendance, productivity, and workflow
• Serve as a liaison between associates and onsite management
• Promote and enforce safety policies and company procedures
• Assist leadership with reporting, coaching, and issue resolution as needed

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Previous lead, supervisor, or team‑lead experience
• Warehouse or distribution experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
