The RoleSalesforce Platform Specialist

You’ll support the team by administering and maintaining Salesforce, assisting users with system questions, managing data integrity, and building automation to support how the business operates. You’ll also partner cross-functionally and be assigned projects on an as‑needed basis to support growth and efficiency.

- Build and maintain Salesforce Flows, validation rules, and automation
- Perform Salesforce data entry, updates, imports, and cleanup to ensure data accuracy
- Create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards
- Troubleshoot system issues and work with internal teams or vendors to resolve them
- Support various integrations with tools such as Adobe Sign and marketing platforms
- Design and maintain integrations with enterprise systems
- Assist with testing, sandbox validation, and deployments
- Document processes and provide basic user training and guidance
- Work as a team with employees in all departments
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- At least two years of hands‑on Salesforce Administrator experience
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, core objects, and automation tools
- Experience building Salesforce Flows and validation rules
- Proficient computer skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well with others and communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical users
- Able to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills
