IT Analyst - Sys Ops II

The IT Analyst II is responsible for providing systems analysis and support, or installing, configuring, and maintaining technologies or systems.

Primary Duties

• Partners with clients to collect business requirements, develop, and configure system specifications.
• Evaluates, deploys, and supports all networkwide applications to ensure seamless integrations of existing applications.
• Gathers and interprets data to make recommendations on process and system improvement.

• As required and assigned.

Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from a 4‑year college or university.
• Minimum 2 years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, and talk. The employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. The employee is regularly exposed to ambient lighting and temperate climate conditions.
