Overview

Our client, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking a TSG Support Technician with Driving to join their team. As a TSG Support Technician with Driving, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting various locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

IT Support / Desktop Support Technician

Coppell, TX

• Provide support activities in designated areas, including equipment exchange and inventory control.
• Perform software installations, updates, troubleshooting, and problem resolution on computer and telecommunication systems.
• Assist users in resolving hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Travel using personal vehicle to support UPS technology infrastructure at various locations.
• Train users on supported software and hardware, understanding technology from both user and technical perspectives.

• Associate's Degree in Computer Science required;
  Bachelor s degree preferred.
• A+ certification required.
• Proficient or advanced skills in Microsoft Office Access, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize daily tasks effectively.
