You will be a domain expert and key contributor in the IT Asset Management team, playing a critical role in modernizing how we manage our configuration management database (CMDB), the inventory of our assets, and the data model around it. This role offers a unique growth opportunity to use your experience, communication, and problem‑solving skills to transform and advance our most critical support functions.
You and your teammates will drive the governance of ITAM and our CMDB, demonstrating the latest discovery processes to ensure the most accurate controls are in place. This is an exciting time as we transform, modernize, and improve our overall CMDB implementation.
- Drive CMDB data quality and coverage efforts.
- Handle the modernization of the ITAM process based on an industry standard platform to gain insights into relationships and lifecycle management, thereby reducing risk.
- Collaborate with all engineering teams to ensure they are aware of ITAM capabilities and their data responsibilities in the CMDB.
- Align with process, operations, and lifecycle management stakeholders to ensure completeness and alignment with upstream and downstream impacts.
- Establish and maintain documentation of policies, procedures, job aids, and reports.
- Ensure process efficiency by implementing key performance indicators and continuously suggesting improvements.
- Participate in audit and regulatory reviews.
- Maintain strong operational controls around ITAM
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and its application in ITAM.
- Knowledge of Service Now navigation and the tables that comprise the CMDB.
- Strong communication skills and ability to meet with clients, present to senior management, and provide updates to regulators/supervisors.
- Ability to work across teams to create partnerships that achieve organization goals and a passion for building an innovative culture.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience, including IT delivery, operations, service management and/or support.
- Consistent track record of implementing and/or transforming ITAM functions. দিয়েছেন:

- Familiarity with infrastructure design standards for modular, secure, and resilient applications to drive root‑cause analysis across the enterprise.
- Deep understanding of ITAM principles, configuration management, and ITIL standard methodologies.

- Experience initiating continuous improvement projects.
- Solid business and data analysis skills to drive CMDB analytics.
- Experience building Service Now dashboards.
