- Partner with TA COE peers to embed consistent, principle-based hiring practices globally.
- Create and maintain global TA playbooks, guides, and templates to standardize high-quality execution across markets.
- Identify, assess, and pilot emerging TA technologies i.e. CRM platforms, interviewer automation and feedback solutions.
- Serve as global TA COE lead for Workday Recruiting optimization and future integrations (CRM, chatbots, assessments, pre-hire onboarding, background checks).
- Partner with HR Operations, IT, and vendors to infuse AI and automation into TA processes to enhance efficiency, decision-making, and user experience.
- Define success measures, ROI, and scalability for all technology pilots prior to global deployment or transition to shared services ownership.
- Lead and manage global TA vendor relationships across technology, assessments, background screening, and employment branding platforms.
- Establish clear governance, performance metrics, and SLAs in partnership with Procurement, HR Operations, and Legal.
- Serve as primary point of contact for TA vendor performance reviews, renewals, and solution alignment with evolving business needs.
- Evaluate and recommend new or alternative vendors to drive innovation, value, and global consistency.
- Manage a portfolio of global TA transformation and enablement projects, ensuring governance, stakeholder alignment, and timely delivery.
- Apply disciplined project management to process simplification, automation, and change adoption initiatives.
- Develop and maintain project charters, timelines, and stakeholder maps for all COE initiatives, ensuring disciplined tracking and transparent reporting to senior leadership.
- Oversee cross-functional work streams involving HRIS, IT, Procurement, Legal, and regional TA teams to ensure seamless delivery and global scalability.
- Track enablement and adoption metrics (e.g., training participation, system utilization, efficiency gains) and translate insights into continuous improvement.
