This is a long-term contract opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all pre-employment activities, including screenings and candidate communication.
- Maintain accurate and organized driver qualification files and onboarding documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely completion of processes.
- Ensure strict compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Upload and manage new employee files in Workday while keeping records up to date.
- Respond to inquiries from candidates, internal departments, and external partners in a detail-oriented manner.
- Assist with scheduling interviews and other recruitment-related activities.
- Support various HR and Talent Acquisition projects as needed to enhance team efficiency.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on onboarding and recruitment metrics.
- Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and streamline workflows. Requirements - At least 1 year of experience in HR, recruiting, or onboarding processes is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook is required.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, with Workday experience being highly advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Interest in or background related to HR, Talent Acquisition, or recruitment.
- Comfort working with data and analytics tools to support decision-making.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office setting is preferred. Talent Match®
