Job Title: Nursing Assistant (CNA) Contract/PRN

Job Summary: Are you a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant looking to make a meaningful impact? We are seeking skilled CNAs to join our healthcare team and provide essential patient care in long-term care, rehabilitation centers, and community settings. You'll play a vital role in assisting with daily living activities, monitoring patient well-being, and ensuring comfort and dignity for those in need.

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Monitor and document vital signs and patient conditions accurately.
• Provide support in behavioural health and hospice settings, offering compassionate care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with nurses and healthcare professionals to implement patient care plans.
• Offer mobility assistance and help with transfers to prevent falls.
• Perform basic life support (BLS) in emergency situations.
• Educate patients and families on basic health management.

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license (required).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (must be obtained before employment or during orientation).

$19.00 - $28.00 per hour
