• Develop and maintain expense, revenue, and margin forecasts and budgets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Variance analysis of forecast vs. actual expense, revenue, and margin.
• Prepare annual budget in accordance with parent company schedule.
• Track headcount activity
• Oversee monthly cost center activity within SAP, ensuring ledger accuracy, completing required month-end processes and escalating issues when necessary
• Partner with purchasing to ensure proper coding of purchase requisitions and POs for cost center and account numbers.
• Support cost center managers to review and interpret monthly financial performance.
• Prepare monthly commission calculations and related reporting
• Provide cost insight into management and finance.
• Preparation of month-end reporting packages.
• Ad-hoc projects as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4-5+ years of experience in either financial analysis or cost accounting
• Proficiency in SAP FI/CO
• Experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA a plus
• Expert MS Excel skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and their integration with sales processes.
