Considering candidates Local to Coppell, TX only at this time
Qualifications- 2-3 years Residential Mortgage experience
- College degree preferred
- 2 to 3 years of experience within client services and mortgage processing, including processing, closing and funding
- Working knowledge of Mortgage Servicing related activities such as:
Loan Onboarding, Escrow, and Remittance processing - Working knowledge of applicable regulatory guidelines related to mortgage servicing
- College degree preferred
- Adhere to turn time commitments while working in a high-volume environment
- Maintain and develop a culture of operational excellence.
- Wire funding
- Processing invoices
- Facilitating mortgage document execution
- Ensure internal control and external regulatory compliance policies and their impacts are adhered.
- Continuously look for opportunities for business process improvements.
- Support key on-going business goals and initiatives including onboarding of new products as dictated by the Business Unit
