Background on the Position

Private Banking Operations supports the Private Banking Group, providing operational support to the US Banks and Broker/Dealer Lending Products, Deposit Products, Banking Services, Collateral Monitoring, Margin Operations and Vendor Management. The candidate would be responsible for completing day‑to‑day operational tasks related to the oversight of vendor services supporting the US Banks, including mortgage origination services.

• Monitor and respond to appraisal escalation requests from Home Loans – review monthly reports and escalate to management when necessary.
• Provide client service to the field: handle incoming emails.
• Escalate issues to management and provide recommendations for resolution.
• Participate in projects and training when needed, taking notes and meeting minutes.

• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Operations, Finance, Accounting, or a business‑related field.
• Prior experience in Lending Operations within a Financial Services company is preferred.
