Sr. Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst will support Finance in a fast-paced growth-oriented environment; is a proactive problem solver and strives to be an integral part of the team and success of the Company.

This role will interact directly with Executive Leaders throughout the organization to help drive business results

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform financial analysis and provide insights of business performance working with a cross-functional team to drive improved business decisions and exceptional results
• Key player in the budgeting, forecasting and Long-Range Planning process including working directly with leaders throughout the organization to create driver-based budgets/forecasts
• Partner with Accounting on month end close activities including P&L variance analysis to help ensure complete and accurate recording of results
• Develop and maintain weekly/monthly/quarterly KPI reporting to help evaluate business performance
• Think critically about Finance processes to drive automation, efficiency, accuracy and other improvements
• Complete analyses in support of ad-hoc and strategic projects

Qualifications and Competencies:

• Minimum of 3 years financial analysis experience with a focus on reporting, planning and analysis in a fast-paced environment
• Build strong relationships across functions within the company and maintain an open flow of communication
• Become a trusted partner to help leaders manage their business
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts
• Experience building scalable financial planning, analysis and reporting models and processes to facilitate company growth
• SAP experience a plus
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Finance / Economics / Statistics
